We believe that, generally, we under value ourselves as Removers and under charge for our Time, Knowledge, Experience and Expertise, as well as our Muscle.
We believe, that if, as an industry, we raised our prices by just 10% – 15% we would have more money to train our staff, which would reduce the amount of damage done, which would reduce the number of claims made and therefore raise the image and public opinion of our industry. Enabling us to charge more, make more money, have happy staff and have happier and easier lives.
We believe that by working together as an industry, we can change the way moving gets done, how much notice we get given and what time the completion goes through. We believe that if we all work together, both within our own industry, and with the other industries within the moving process, we can create a better system for buying and selling property and moving house.
We believe that if we work together to educate the public, they will contact us earlier in the moving process, so we can plan and organise their move in plenty of time before their completion. So we feel less stressed and under pressure and more relaxed throughout the working day.
We believe that if we work together as an industry, we can share the work, become more cost effective and efficient, reduce our overheads, create better connections and make more money.
