Over the last 12 months, Jane Finch the Managing Director of Moving etc… has met and connected with hundreds of conveyancers and estate agents, to discuss the various issues movers have to deal with, including late hand over of keys, same day exchange and completion, short notice completions and Friday/end of the month money transfers.
If you believe that it’s Time for Change in the Removals Industry and you agree that we should STOP complaining about the problems our industry suffers, and actively seek the right people within the property industry who can help us achieve what we want, please donate to the campaign so that Jane and her team at Moving etc… can attend the Mortgage Lenders conference, the Estate Agency Conference, the Conveyancing Solicitor’s conference and any other event that allows her to represent the removals industry and continue to work and network with senior conveyancers, mortgage lenders and other leading property professionals on your behalf. With your contribution, Moving etc… and Jane Finch will then also be able to arrange further meetings to discuss the various problems Movers experience, and hopefully, find solutions for some if not all of them.
Because of the work Jane is doing to raise awareness of the problems that removers tackle every day, she is urging all members of the Moving etc… Network and non member removal companies to donate some money towards her campaign for a “Stress Free Move”.
Jane invites as many of you as possible to donate to the campaign so that she can network with senior conveyancers, mortgage lenders and other leading property professionals and arrange further meetings to discuss the various problems we experience, and hopefully, find solutions for some of them.
So far already Jane has been able to connect with several leading figures within the property industry including the head of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) which is in charge of the NAEA, ARLA, NAVA and the ICBA, the CEO of the Council for Licenced Conveyancers, the CEO of the Society for Licenced Conveyancers and the head of the Law Society’s Conveyancing and Land Law Policy making Committee.
She has now met and connected with hundreds of conveyancers and estate agents, to discuss the various issues movers have to deal with, including connecting with Harry Hill the original founder of Rightmove and ex CEO of Mann Countrywide Estate Agents, now the largest Estate Agency group in the UK. Harry has now launched In-Deed Conveyancing one of the fastest growing online conveyancing websites and he plans on taking the online market share by storm, just as he did with Rightmove. So in particular Harry is a very wealthy and influential person to know.
If you feel that it’s about time that the UK removals industry did something different to change the property industry and make it “work” for everyone, instead of just complaining about it, please donate as much as you can to our campaign to “Take the Stress out of Moving”.
Please note that campaign donations are not restricted to just trade association members. Anyone who believes that our voice should be heard LOUD AND CLEAR with top Property Transaction Policy makers and Government officials can now contribute to create change within the property industry.
If you are willing to donate, please choose from a one off donation and click the donation link or if you would like to donate every year or every month, so we can create an ongoing media and lobbying campaign, please click on the relevant link.
Arranging meetings, attending conferences, sending letters, writing articles and arranging press releases all costs time and money, so any small donation and contribution will help.
